Paul Wilson: a British Car Retrospect (SVBCC Event)
Among the membership of SVBCC, we have something of a car-loving legend: Paul Wilson. He has graciously agreed to give a talk on his experiences with LBCs entitled: Paul Wilson: A British Car Retrospect on Sunday, March 22 at the Wood Grill Buffet in Harrisonburg [1711 Reservoir St., Harrisonburg, VA 22801]. We have a private room reserved for us from 1:00-3:00pm.
We are reaching out to local British Car Clubs to join SVBCC at this event. All are invited to attend to hear the challenges, the beauty, the excitement, and oh, the stories! about finding, owning, racing, and restoring those beloved LBC marques.
ABOUT PAUL:
Cars have been a passion for Paul Wilson all his life. He has bought them, sold them, restored them, designed and built them, raced them, read about them, written magazine stories and a book about them, and owned more than 130 of them. British and European sports and racing cars are his main focus, but he’s also had very early ones, and a few from America, France, Germany, and Japan. He inherited from his father a love of British cars, and this father-to-son Anglophile tradition is what he’ll describe through pictures in this presentation.
