DATE CHANGED!! SVBCC 3rd Quarter Board Meeting

Due to a conflict with the Crozet car show, we have moved the meeting from Saturday, Sept. 19 to Sunday, Sept. 20. Sorry for any inconvenience.

“I have secured meeting space at Eagles Nest Airport for our 3rd Quarter SVBCC Board meeting on Sunday, Sept. 20 from 1:00-3:00pm. We need to start vetting and recruiting Officers for 2027. I will make an active plea by email for Board position volunteers after we meet. In advance of this meeting, can you let me know if you are willing to serve again?

This will be a combined meeting to cover club status and car show issues and logistics.

AGENDA:
1. Updates from current officers.
2. Officers for 2027 … recruitment suggestions/ who is up for re-election
3. Insurance Questions
4. Car show goodies and giveaways.. what do we have and what do we need
4. Car Show logistics… who is to pick up what and when.
5. Car Show staffing… Car Show Chair update.”
