DESCRIPTION:Longtime Club members Jim & Charlie Rimel have been working on another car show in the Staunton area to be held Saturday\, September 12. \n\nThis show will have several speakers:\nAmerican Shelby representative Roger Christian and his son will give us the latest news and some history on Shelby plus they will display new Shelby’s\nBill Krzastek\, who appeared on Jay Leno Garage\, will speak to us about his journey in the\nmovie car business\n\nThere will be music\, and a food concession (by Trail Life) \nCost is $20 per car entry. Winning Show cars will drive up and receive their awards on center stage. \nBenefiting Grace Christian School\, Community Fellowship Church\, and Trail Life. \nCome out and support this spin off of the “Barn Car Show” and enjoy Grace Christian School’s\nnew complex.

DESCRIPTION:This event is sponsored by Club member David Eames. \n“As many of our members know\, I have been working for the past five years with Guy Pelly\, an Englishman and co-founder of the Merrie Mill Farm & Vineyard in Keswick\, to organize this popular cruise-in. In the past\, we have had over 50 British cars take part including the new Minis! \nAs in the past\, all British Car Club members will receive a complimentary glass of wine. I have reserved a table for 12 for our SVBCC members to use as a “home base”\, but if you would like to reserve your own table\, please visit www.merriemillfarm.com. \nThere will also be plenty of first come first serve tables on the patio and on the lawns. All participating British cars will be displayed on the perfectly flat paddock lawn in front of the tasting room so all guests at the winery can see them. British cars should follow the signs to the paddock area on the paved driveway. Driving Directions: The vineyard is located at 594 Merrie Mill Farm\, Keswick which is about 12 miles east of Charlottesville.”
