SUMMARY:James River Driving Tour & Picnic
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday August 29 for the James River Driving Tour and Picnic sponsored by SVBCC with a special invitation to RTR members (Richmond Triumph Registry) and Central Virginia British Car Club (CVBCC). We will meet by 12:00 noon at the James River State Park in Shelter #5 for a car community picnic. \nFor those who would like a Road Tour\, we will be gathering at 10:00AM at the Walmart lot at Zion Crossroad (at the intersection of I-64 and Rte 15) east of Charlottesville for a 2 hour self-paced drive over scenic and seriously wild (but paved) country roads that twist and wind near the James River. SVBCC has reserved a Shelter (#5) at the James River State Park where we will picnic and enjoy lovely views across the James. \nPack a picnic lunch\, gas up your LBC (or whatever you prefer) and have a fun drive and a day out with your friends and fellow gear heads. If you haven’t been out and about yet this Summer\, then this is the drive you don’t want to miss!
